Vision

1.To actively support genuine problems of small and marginal formers engaged in Tea plantation, Agriculture cultivation etc. specifically in Nilgiris district Tamil nadu .
2.To actively give moral support to the genuine problems of small and marginals farmers in other districts of tamandu and other states.
3.To take-up the issues, complaints of the small and marginal formers with other stakeholders namely Tea board, district Administration, state govt etc. and solve the grievances.
4.To help the members to obtain the facilities such as grants, subsidies etc from the governments and their organization.
5.To actively engage in the improvement of agricultural production in the district.

Activities

1.Conducting meetings of executive committee and administrative committee periodically and discuss the problems etc.
2.To minute the meeting proceedings and resolutions.
3.To follow-up the resolutions and take appropriate actions by taking the matter with the concern authorities for redressal.
4.To suggest to the government and Tea board for betterment for services to be provided to the small and marginal farmers.
5.Funds received by way of membership etc are properly accounted in the books of the association, and proper receipts/discharge receipts are made.
6.Financials transaction are being routed through bank account of the association.to ensure annual auditing of the transactions by a qualified auditor.

This association (Malai Mavatta Siru Vivasaigal Nala Sangam)
was formed on march 1980 by Mr Thumboor I Bhojan who is a social activist,

Having previous experience in politics also, other founder members include, Kulla Gowder,N S Belli Gowder,Thippa Gowder, Dharamaraj DSP, Aruna Nanda kumar, Hallammal, Subban etc

Our association is registered with detp govt of tamandu and allotted reg No 134/2008. While the permanent address 385-A, chiravi cottage, aravenu post,The Nilgiris 643217. At present the association works from office address. (address) Registration is renewable every year and has been renewed up to date.

The office barriers of the association include, president General sec, treasurer, 5 Vice presidents and 5 secretaries. There is a Publication relation officer and propaganda secretary. The administrative committee has 15 members and executive committee has 50 members.

NGO activities include but are not limited to, environmental, social, advocacy and human rights work.

Donate for Transportation provided to SB students at SB India SB works with children with disability, most of whom are from underprivileged segments. By prividing transportation, we encourage more families to send their children to SB.
